Cardi-O-Pulmonary Diagnostics, LLC is a Medicare approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF). Our corporate office is located in Duncan Oklahoma. We received our Medicare certification in 2004. We are an approved provider for Medicare, Medicaid (in Oklahoma) and many private insurance companies.

We are owned and operated by the original founders of the company. The owners have a vast and varied background working in the healthcare sector. This experience includes urban and rural hospitals, durable medical equipment companies (both national and locally owned start-ups) and independent diagnostic testing facilities.

We are proud to support the Stephens County United Way and its 14 member agencies, Duncan Regional Hospital's Health Foundation, Main Street Duncan, the Duncan Shrines, the Duncan Optimist Club, the Duncan Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, the Stephens County Humane Society, St. Jude's Miracle Network Hospitals, World Vision, and Prison Fellowships.
